Walnuts
Juglans regia
Light-coloured, plump walnut kernels free of bitterness. Available as halves, quarters and pieces, in the uniform sizing the bakery and confectionery trade requires.
Walnuts are sensitive to light and heat from the moment they leave the shell; their high oil content means they turn rancid quickly if stored incorrectly. For this reason our walnuts are brought down in moisture after shelling, held in cool dark conditions and packed close to the dispatch date.
Sorting removes shell fragments, pellicle residue and discoloured kernels. Halves are offered where appearance matters — baklava and confectionery work — while quarters and pieces are supplied separately for fillings and baked goods.

- From 250 g to 25 kg on request: kraft sacks, vacuum-packed cartons and private-label retail packaging.
- Storage
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in its sealed original packaging.
