Raisins

Aegean sultana seedless raisins with even berry size and a non-sticky finish. Available golden (processed) and natural (sun-dried).
Türkiye is the world's leading producer and exporter of sultana seedless raisins; the main growing area is Manisa and the surrounding districts of Alaşehir, Turgutlu and Salihli. The drying method used after harvest directly determines the colour of the product and its end application.
The golden type is processed during drying to preserve its light amber colour and is particularly favoured in bakery. The natural type is sun-dried without treatment; it is darker and suits production that must avoid additives. Both types are screened for stems, seeded berries and foreign matter before dispatch.

- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in its sealed original packaging.
