Four stages of control.
In nuts and dried fruit, quality is determined as much by the process applied to the product as by the product itself. We follow the same sequence for every item.
Selection and Sourcing
Product is selected by growing region and harvest period. Every lot is assessed on arrival for appearance, moisture and foreign matter.
Sorting and Grading
Defective kernels, shell fragments and foreign matter are removed. Product is separated into size and grade classes according to its intended use.
Drying, Roasting, Resting
Each product receives the temperature and duration it requires. The aim is to bring moisture down to a shelf-stable level while preserving colour and aroma.
Packing and Dispatch
Product is sealed in packaging suited to its oil content and fragility — from bulk sacks to private-label retail packs, according to your requirement.
