Mango is one of the few tropical fruits that concentrates its aroma and holds its texture when dried. Slice thickness is the main variable determining final softness: thin slices turn crisp while thicker slices stay pliable.
In mixed products the colour and texture of mango are distinguishing features, so lots are assessed for colour consistency. Strip, slice and dice cuts are available on request.
